The word of God addresses many issues that we face in our day today life. But some times we may moral decisions we must make. The book of proverbs is full of wisdom and knowledge. There are many verses in this book that helps us live our Christian life in a way that is holy and pleasing to God. It other words it’s a practical book. It covers almost all topics in life, right from what kind of a person you should be, what type of a husband / wife / father / mother / son or daughter you should be.

Morals: principles of right and wrong behavior. When we are faced with a situation in which we must make a choice between two decisions and we choose the higher principles or conduct.

Abortion:
Estimates show that around 7 million abortions are conducted every year in India, of which 50% are illegal. Every 2 hours one woman dies because of unsafe procedure of abortion.

The Indian abortion laws falls under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act, which was enacted by the Indian Parliament in the year 1971. The MTP Act came into effect from 1 April 1972 and was amended in the years 1975 and 2002.

Psalm 139: 13 For thou hast possessed my reins: Thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Marvellous are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well. 15 My substance was not hid from thee, When I was made in secret, And curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; And in thy book all my members were written, Which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. 17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them!

Psalm 113:9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, And to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.
